At this point we will enter into a negociation, an interchange of ideas where we will become inspired in the different options. Some of you will participate more, others will let the artisan do most of the thinking. It depends on the individuals, but my advice is to give the craftsman the space to shine.

I will then make you a final proposal usually with pictures or sketches to help you visualise the final product. Hopefully we will have communicated well during the process and what I am offering is exactly what you had in mind and will adapt perfectly to your needs. This will also include the price for the work. Before work can start a payment of half the cost will be made, the other half on completion of the project before shipping or on collection in my atelier here in Barcelona.

Some questions, some answers
How long does it take to get one of your creations?
It depends on how much work I have and what type of article you are ordering. If it is a smaller article like belts and sandals, it should not take more than a couple of weeks. For big bags it might take closer to 3-6 months, I only make about 6 larger bags a year.
I will give a more precise estimate for each order, as they are placed relating to delivery dates.
How do I get the right size?

I hope I am, however sometimes a project is incompatible with my hand, style of work and/or personal tastes. I cannot make something that I don’t enjoy or like. I am not a wealthy man, but one luxury I can afford myself is to only accept projects that, I know, will inspire my enthusiasm and enable me to pour my love into the piece.
As a result I might not be the guy for your order, although I will try to drive the project in a direction where I will be able to feel confortable. All my things bear my signature and therefore I must be happy with what I sign.

How can I pay?
If you came to the shop, you can pay by Credit Card and cash. For purchases online I favour PayPal, although bank transfer is also accepted. On occasion I have accepted bitcoin, although its volatility makes payment more complicated.

For internet purchases there is a 14 day cooling off period. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. Monogrammed and custom made objects cannot be returned.
